Quick & Easy Rolls
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 stick margarine, at room temperature
1½ cup Bisquick mix
Cream together sour cream and margarine. Then stir in the Bisquick. Spoon mixture into greased muffin tin. Do not grease the tops. Bake at 400ºF until brown. Yields 12 muffins. These are good warmed over.
