Italian Sausage Meatloaf
1 1/2 lbs. mild Italian sausage
2 eggs, beaten well
1/4 lb. sharp process cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Remove casing from sausage. In large mixing bowl, break sausage apart with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into a loaf. Bake 350 degree for about 1 hour or until done. Serves 4. Leftover slices make great sandwiches.
