Fluffy Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
4 oz. cream cheese
1 cup XXXX sugar
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
9 oz. container nondairy whipped topping
9-inch graham cracker crust
1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts (optional)
Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk and blend thoroughly. Fold in nondairy whipped topping. Pour mixture into crust. Sprinkle top with chopped peanuts, if desired. Freeze until firm.
