Apple-Pecan Bundt Cake

2 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 cups canola oil
3 Tbsps. applesauce
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsps. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine. Blend in:
3 chopped granny apples 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 8 minutes. Can use two loaf pans instead of a bundt pan. Serves 6.
