Crock Pot Pork Chops
6 – 8 pork chops
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsps. oil
1 can mushroom soup
Mix flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt. Coat chops well and brown in oil.Then put chops in crock pot, add soup and cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
