Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup Jif peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten into cookies with fork dipped in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 2 – 3 dozen.
