Sprinkle Nut Cake
1 box (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 box (3.9 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup chocolate dessert sprinkles
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10-inch tube cake pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Add oil, water and eggs. On low speed, beat 30 seconds until moistened. On medium speed, beat for 2 minutes. Stir in walnuts and sprrinkles. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350-degree oven for 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. (Also tastes great with melted chocolate drizzled over top.)
