Mexican Chicken Casserole


1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned (reserve broth)
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bag of cheese Doritos
6 slices of cheese

Combine diced tomatoes, chicken soup and 1 can of chicken broth in bowl. Mix well. Crush Doritos and pour on bottom of greased casserole dish. Tear chicken into bite-size pieces and layer on top of Doritos. Pour tomato and chicken soup mixture on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Put cheese slices on top and let melt.
