Who Is Responsible for Fixing What?
Recent hurricanes have raised awareness of the utility “weather head” and the
difficulty of determining who is responsible for repairing what in order to have electric service restored.

The areas highlighted with a white box and black text are the responsibility of WFEC, your electric utility. Customers who have experienced electrical damage in one or more of the areas highlighted in black should contact a
licensed electrician to make the necessary repairs. Once repairs have been made, customers can contact WFEC to have electric service restored.
