Crock Pot Roast
2½ – 3 lb. beef roast
1 litre Coke
1 18-oz. hickory BBQ sauce
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
Salt, pepper, steak seasoning, basil
Mix salt, pepper, steak seasoning and basil together. Wash roast, then rub on seasonings, piercing with a fork. Put in crockpot. Mix Coke and BBQ sauce together. Pour over roast. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook on low 6 hours or until tender.
