Broccoli Casserole

2-16 oz. packages frozen broccoli
1- 8 oz. packages shredded cheddar cheese
1-10½ oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
1 cup mayonaise
1 stick melted margarine
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Place broccoli in casserole dish and let thaw one hour. Mix shredded cheese, mushroom soup (no water), margarine, mayonaise and water chestnuts. Pour over broccoli and spread real well. Crush the sleeve of crackers and spread over top. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes. Top will be golden brown.
