Tribute gifts honor loved ones
Want to give a gift that will last long after the holidays are over? Celebrate the memory of a loved one or honor a cancer survivor with a tribute gift to the American Cancer Society.
Your gift will support the ACS’s mission of eliminating cancer through research, education and advocacy, as well as providing support services to cancer patients within your community. Upon receiving your tribute gift, the ACS will send an acknowledgment card to the survivor or the family of the deceased person you have honored.
All tribute gifts to the ACS are 100 percent tax-deductible; the ACS will provide a tax identification number at your request.
Send your tribute gift by mail to the local office of the American Cancer Society at 2012-A Lisenby Ave., Panama City, FL 32405; by phone at 1-800-ACS-2345; or online at www.cancer.org. Be sure to include the name of the person you are honoring and the address where an acknowledgment card should be sent.
