Ham Spaghetti


2 cups ham, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 can tomato soup + 1 can water
1 small pkg. spaghetti

Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain. Place in casserole dish. Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Pour over
spaghetti. Put ham, mushrooms, sugar and vinegar in a skillet, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Then turn in casserole, adding soup and water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Excellent for preparing in advance. Refrigerate overnight, then heat.
